PCA Member Today

Petaluma residents can join PCA today and become part of our continuing effort to create local, community-building, free speech television.

Make your voice heard! PCA members receive access to all the production equipment and services needed to get a show on the air.

PCA gives its members the opportunity to express themselves, to inform and entertain. Unlike broadcast and commercial cable television services, public access tv features programming created by its members.

As a member, you pick the topic, you write the script, you run the camera, and you edit the video. Memberships are open to adults and minors age 13 through 17, with parental permission.

Drop by our office at 205 Keller St, Suite 102 (downstairs) to fill out a membership form and join, or you may download and print a pdf of the form here
